In choosing a provider, how can I determine if a given provider will provide sufficient coverage for all claims?

That is an extremely difficult question to answer in that there are far too many variables to consider. For example, if you know that you have a particular illness or condition or know that you may get pregnant this year, then you can read what the insurance plan will cover to determine whether it will provide sufficient coverage for your future claims.
